Educational Qualification (as on June 01, 2026)

• Graduation: Candidates must hold a minimum 3-year full-time Graduation degree from a University/Institute recognized by the Government/AICTE/UGC, with at least 60% aggregate marks or an equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA).
• Post-Graduation:
  • A minimum 2-year full-time Post Graduate degree (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with a specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade, securing at least 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Alternatively, candidates who are a Chartered Accountant (CA) are eligible. Passing the professional examination is sufficient, and membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is mandatory.
• Important Note: Degrees obtained through correspondence, part-time, open university, open learning, or external/distance learning modes are not eligible.
• Candidates who are appearing for their final year/semester examination for Post Graduation or Chartered Accountancy in January 2026 and are awaiting their results in 2026 are also eligible to apply. 📝 Selection Process

The selection process for the Management Trainee positions at India Exim Bank involves a two-stage evaluation:
